Turlock Restaurant Week Gearing Up for Second Year
Eateries around town are asking food lovers to “savor the date” in preparation for the city’s First annual Durham Restaurant Week — a 10 day long dining extravaganza set to kick off in 2020 in the most delicious way.
Durham Restaurants are inviting the community to come together for 10 days of feasting at the local restaurants that help Apex thrive. Let’s support local restaurants that make our Durham Community Thrive.
The Buzz online is going to be great and “The feedback from the restaurants is overwhelmingly positive — it’s a win-win for the town of Durham.”
Although there are similar restaurant weeks in Raleigh, they don’t focus on Durham and our local restaurant scene. Those events are very popular and we want to get the Durham community excited to dine in Apex with our local restauraurants. Diners can expect week-long deals at participating businesses, like discounted menu items, special three-course meals, drink specials and more.
In addition to bargain meals at each restaurant, the DurhamRestaurantWeek Instagram and Facebook pages will give away at least $50 worth of restaurant gift cards each day. We will also have a downloadable passport contest, which gives those who visit each participating restaurant and receives a passport stamp eligible for a prize at the completion of Durham Restaurant Week.
We hope the community will use Durham Restaurant Week to expand their palates when it comes to choosing where they’ll dine.
This is the best way to try new restaurants because of the specials, as well as visit your favorite restaurants because of specialty menus that are often offered.
Check the Restaurants page to see the restaurants, their price points and their menus offered.
We will be announcing specials, deals and menus on our Facebook page.
This annual event will serve as a way for the Durham community to show some love to their local restaurants while enjoying deals. It is also a draw for visitors from outside Apex to come to town.
Durham Restaurant Week will take place August Jan. 14-23, 2020. No tickets or passes are required — diners simply eat out as much as they want and take advantage of the week’s deals.
